retrieve Your test results
We will advise you of of any test results within 10 days of your original test date.
If we are unable to contact you, your results will be placed on our automated lab results system and you will be notified by the system by phone that your results are available.
To access the results on our automated system call (602) 748-1188 and follow prompts to enter your Patient ID# and Access Code#. These numbers are given to you at your first appointment.
If you are not advised of results or are unable to access our automated system, please call our main office at (602) 426-9772 and press Option 3. You will be prompted to leave the following information with us:
- Patient Name
- Phone Number (Home and Contact)
- Date of Test
Please expect a response within 1 business day.
