Renew a Prescription
To renew your prescription, call our main office at (602) 426-9772 and press Option 4.
At the prompt, leave the following information:
- Patient Name
- Phone Number (Home and Contact)
- Medication Name and Quantity
- Preferred Pharmacy Name and Phone Number
Your refill request will usually be filled within 1 business day.
